         Matheran is known for smallest hill station in Maharashtra monsoon getaways from mumbai weather in monsoon is amazing and i had matheran trip in monsoon from kalyan distances around 45km and from mumbai to Matheran 83km and pune to Matheran distance 122km, nearest railway station is Nerul and from Nerul to Matheran 20min distance you can hire taxi to Matheran Aman lodge, the Matheran Municipal Council will now procure similar e-rickshaws to be run inside the town.

     Matheran is automobile free hill station only ambulance allowed, near Aman lodge parking is available one day for two wheeler bike parking 60rs four wheeler 100rs have to n if 2 days park then have to pay extra amount, its weekend getaways from mumbai during monsoon. note :- sometime gpay n online payment not working due to network carry some cash for payment ticket all these things.

 

       Entry Fees In Matheran Hill Station is Rs 50 for adults and Rs 25 for Children, if you plan to stay no worries many hotel’s is there, there are toy train from Aman lodge to Matheran time morning 8am to 5.30 pm, ticket from Aman lodge to Matheran is rs 45 for adults and 30rs for children, and for first cls ticket 305rs for adults and 180rs for children, Matheran horse riding price for Matheran 600rs and all points approx. 1500 to 2500rs.
