Pune To Goa Road Trip
In February 2025, we went on a memorable Pune to Goa road trip by car, covering around 450 km in just 10 hours. Travelling with my office friends made the journey even more exciting, filled with laughter, scenic views, and unforgettable moments.
We started early in the morning and made our first tea stop at Khed Shivapur Toll, the perfect place to warm up with hot chai. After some refreshing sips, we continued towards Karad and stopped at Hotel Gandharv Palace for breakfast. Good food, good roads, and good company, our trip was off to the best start.
The highlight of our drive was the breathtaking Anuskra Ghat. As we reached the top, we were greeted with amazing weather, beautiful panoramic views, and smooth roads throughout the ghat. It was one of those places where you just want to stop, breathe in the fresh air, and capture the beauty around you.
Pune To Goa Blog – In To Goa
After crossing Ratnagiri, we headed straight to Goa and checked into the wonderful Chalston Beach Resort near Calangute Beach. The resort offered luxurious rooms, delicious food, and the best part, direct access to the beach. With many foreign tourists and Indian families staying there, the atmosphere felt lively, warm, and welcoming.
Our Goa experience was a perfect mix of beach time, nightlife, and exploration. We visited Calangute Beach, walked through nearby markets, and enjoyed the vibrant pub scene. The night view of the sea, glowing with Baga Beach lights, looked absolutely magical. We also visited Goa’s famous Titos Club, danced our hearts out, and made memories that will stay with us forever.
One of the most unforgettable moments from the trip was watching the Champions Trophy India vs NZ match together in one room. When India won, our celebration was louder than the clubs of Goa! I even captured that special moment on camera ❤️
